Registration is now open for this year’s annual conference on collaborative conservation in New England, New York, and beyond. The 2016 RCP Network Gathering will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nashua, NH.
We're excited and honored that our keynote this year is Jason Weller (at left), Chief of the Natural Resources Conservation Service.
We have designed this year's RCP Network Gathering to serve our community in three main ways:
- Ten workshops highlight the most promising ideas, approaches, and strategies for regional conservation.
- Five roundtables give us seven hours of combined discussion time on topics that may be parlayed into multi-RCP conservation initiatives in 2017.
- A larger and more diverse audience coupled with smaller and more engaging workshops give each of us a better opportunity to contribute to advancing conservation in the area we're interested in most.
We're already getting rave reviews on our schedule of workshops: "Holy cow, that is a fantastic lineup of talks! Too good! There are 3-5 talks I'd like to go to in each session!" ~ actual registrant.
Make sure to register early, and invite at least two to three members of your RCP. The more partners that attend, the stronger your RCP will be.
The RCP Network Gathering is free including lunch and refreshments.
