The Open Space Institute invites applications to their three related grant funds. OSI is accepting proposals to each fund through January 25, 2017.
OSI’s Southeast Resilient Landscapes Fund, Southern Cumberland Land Protection Fund, and Northeast Resilient Landscapes Fund provide capital grants to safeguard places that will help wildlife mitigate the effects of a changing climate. To be eligible, projects must permanently protect unfragmented habitat in one of OSI’s focal areas, which span Maine to Georgia. Please note that we are using updated resilience data and a new online mapping tool to assess projects’ climate resilience.
For questions about the two Southeast Funds, please contact Joel Houser, firstname.lastname@example.org, OSI’s Southeast Field Coordinator, and for the Northeast Fund, please contact Jennifer Melville email@example.com, OSI’s VP for Conservation Grants.
